ETA: I don’t understand why your company would advertise “We offer a no hassle money back guarantee on all of our products” if it’s not true. You’ll get the same results and it’ll be less frustrating. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Seriously if you’re considering buying anything from them, take your money and put it in the toilet and flush it. I’m disgusted with the way they get away with stealing peoples money and the sneaky bait and switch tactics. I paid for a product that literally does nothing and serves me no purpose and customer support is useless. Then they said ‘oh you only purchased basic you need to purchase that tool separately’ which is stupid because it says that that’s included in my purchase! And when I asked for a refund I was told that they can’t refund my money if I purchased the wrong product they can only refund my money if I purchased the right product… WHAT TF DOES THAT EVEN MEAN? This is unbelievable. I paid $43.39 for it and it wants me to pay an additional $43.39 to use it? So I contacted customer support and they told me to uninstall and reinstall, which I did and sign out and sign back in, which I did only to have the same issue. It took like two hours to download the necessary software and when it was done I go to use it and it takes me to a payment screen. I purchased the unlock tool for my iPhone that I had in my pocket and I accidentally locked myself out of.
